Maracas!

When Monkey learned about the letter "M", we made maracas for our music day. Monkey absolutely loved them. I got my inspiration from Dana Made It. So we just had to make some more today since it is Cinco de Mayo.

Step 1
Gather these supplies: masking tape, plastic spoons, plastic eggs, corn kernels or dried beans for the "noise", markers, and whatever decorating items you want

Step 2
Fill the plastic eggs with a small handful or corn kernels.

Step 3
Place the plastic spoons onto the eggs and use masking tape to secure them. You will use masking tape at the top of the spoons and the spoon handles to keep them together.

Step 4 
Decorate and enjoy the music!
